6.0 and 6.5 may technically work (at least to some degree) but they're both unsupported by VMware and IBM. 6.7 will not work at all due to the deprecation of the Xeon 5600 line as stated in the release notes here. So, if this is for a lab, use whatever you want that works. If this is for business use, don't risk going to an unsupported version.
